Teryn & Matt are MARRIED!

I have been SO excited to share this wedding for weeks now! Seriously... I left for vacation the morning after Teryn and Matt's wedding day, and once I returned, I was dealing with a hard drive failure. Once I got my computer back and working, I was tirelessly editing their wedding so I could finally share their images with them! I couldn't be happier - this is one of the most beautiful, joyful, God-honoring weddings I have ever had the privilidge of shooting. And in a small way, the wait has made the excitement for me to share them today that much sweeter.
I've known Teryn since my time at JMU, and she is one of those girls that you meet and you instantly want to be her friend. I always felt drawn to her, and in addition to her infectious smile, much of that is because of her deep love of God. Once she met Matt, and I had an opportunity to meet him, it was one of those moments where it was undeniable how PERFECT they are for each other. Matt is so charsmatic and likeable, and he, too has an infectious smile. They two of them together are such a joy to be around, and they are such a perfect match.
One of the best pieces of advice my sister ever gave me was this: Find a guy to marry who makes you a better follower of Christ than you are by yourself. When I look at Teryn and Matt, to me, they are such a perfect example of that. Together, they are so much better than they could ever be apart. What a beautiful picture of God's design for marriage!

Highlight of the evening?! A guest coming to say goodbye to Teryn and Matt... unknowingly in the middle of the garter removal.
Want to know how they got so many bubbles? They used a bubble machine. How brilliant is that?!
