Ali's Bridals

Good gracious do I have the most gorgeous friends! Seriously - how did this happen? Ali is one of the most beautiful people I've ever met, and after I got over my initial intimidation of her amazingly gorgeous face and her charasmatic personality, I began to feel like we had been friends for a long time. I initially met Ali because she did my hair and makeup for the bridal shoot I modeled for with Alisandra Photography and Jordan Quinn Photography. She does bridal hair and makeup as her JOB - how amazing is that?! You have to check out her website - she is so amazingly gifted! That day was full of so much laughter and fun and Ali kept saying we'd need to hang out again. She lives less than 5 minutes away from me, so we HAD to make it happen! And we did... again and again and again. She's that kind of friend that I can roll up to her house in my pajamas (which I DID yesterday) and it's no big deal. She's the kind of friend I can share my thoughts and feelings with and she will LISTEN. I am so thankful to have her in my life!
Although she is about to celebrate her 3-year anniversary to her amazing husband, she agreed to take her dress out of the box for the first time to do a bridal session with me. Boy, am I thankful! I am so excited to share these images with you. She is so stunning, inside and out, and I am excited to introduce you to her today!
This was the FIRST FRAME I look. Holy cow.
Last minute I decided it would be fun to have a bouquet, so I made one! I've never made a floral arrangement before, let alone a bridal bouquet! It isn't perfect... at ALL... but I was thankful to have it for the pictures! A special thanks to Keith from Whole Foods for helping me pick out some gorgeous flowers to arrange!

She is so elegant!

We were right along the Potomac River :)

Gorgeous.

LOVE this!! Those eyes are amazing!
Underneath all of that elegance is a big 'ol ham, and I love it!

I LOVE her ring! Wow, that setting is beautiful.

I had so much fun making this. I want to make more bouquets so I can get better at it!

Oh, and the back of her dress is amazing!! I love the criss-cross straps.
Ali, you are stunning!

Look at that dress! Amazing!
Ali has this adorable jacket from Anthro that she brought just to keep her warm in between shots, but it ended up being the perfect addition to her outfit!

Gahh! Love this one!

Amazing.

Love love love.
