Bre's Trash the Dress!

I hope you'll forgive me for skipping Fotog Friday this week!  I had a few bombshells dropped on me in the past few days and had to scramble to get everything done that I needed to get done.  I am really excited about my depth of field video so I didn't want to rush making it.  So look out for it soon - it's coming!  That being said, I KNOW you won't mind looking at these images of Bre today - she is something else... and we had a BLAST yesterday!

This is a trash the dress shoot, in the most extreme way we could imagine without it being simply rediculous.  She was willing to completely trash one of her dresses from her December elopement in Italy - so for that I am so thankful!  We both did a lot of research to find ideas, and there are a lot of CRAZY things out there... like so crazy that it doesn't even seem worthwhile.  I wanted to be sure that no matter what we did, I was still focused on Bre - that it didn't become so much about WHAT we were doing but WHO was in the shot.  Fortunately she is a ROCK STAR in front of the camera, so that made my job super easy.

We had so much fun, we made a huge mess, we laughed a lot, but all in all this shoot was a dream come true - something creative and fun and totally "out there" and I am really excited to share it with you!

We, of course, didn't jump RIGHT into the paint and the water... we started clean and simple first :)
